Tonight I decided to change things up and went on a walk with the family. Then I went on a run to try and burn some extra calories. My soreness is going away and I have decided to switch off days between my calisthenic work out and cardio. Not sure if I will loose any weight this week. So far I lost a pound and gained a pound. I think some of that is from muscle and some water weight. I hope that it starts coming off soon.
I've been changing up what I do so I don't get bored. If I get bored I'll stop doing it. All I know is, I can't wait until I get used to eating better and I stop feeling hungry all the time!
